As skills, qualification and experiences have significant impact to apply the best practices of this ZO Industry Standard the following sections describe the needed trainings. They contain technology related trainings of the contributing vendors as well as process related trainings.
The trainings refer to different roles which are defined below:
Employees who define the architecture and design of a Zero Outage platform set-ups. This includes also the integration in the overall platform design.
Field Support (Installation and Maintenance)
Employees who install, de-install and maintain Zero Outage platforms. The role also includes break fix systems intervention
Back Office Support:
Employees who provide back office break fix support (L2, L3, etc.).
Employees who operate (run) Zero Outage platforms. This includes provisioning of new services on existing set-ups, monitoring and L1 fault resolution
Employees who consult service integrators or end user on how to improve, tune and augment existing Zero Outage platforms
